How long will it take to get my clothes back?
The Laundry Taxi – leaves all the service choices to you.
The price varies based on the type of service requested.
Same Day Service : $3.00 Per /LB
Pick-up between 7AM – 10AM and will be delivered between 3p-6p
Pickups must be scheduled the day before pickup - No Exceptions
Next Day Service : $2.50 Per/LB
Pick-up between 7AM – 12PM and will be delivered between 3p-6p the following business day.
Standard 2 Day Delivery : $2.00 Per/LB
Pick-up between 7AM – 12PM and will be delivered between 3p-6p two business days later.

Saturday 8AM – 2PM
Sunday Closed

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 15 lbs. for Free Pickup and Delivery.
20 lbs. is approximately (2) 13 gallon trash bags loosely filled with mixed laundry.
A 13 gallon bag filled with jeans or towels will weigh more than
mixed laundry and may be approximately 18 pounds or more. If using the service for single price items, minimum order is $30.
How do I pay for laundry services?
There are two payment options. (1) You can pay with a point of sale (POS) system, with our driver, upon pickup. (2) We can direct you to the website, where we can accept payment there, upon pickup. Our drivers DO NOT CARRY CASH or change.
How do I schedule service?
Click on the ” Schedule a Pickup ” button or Schedule Now button on any page to schedule your laundry service. Provide the information required and you will receive a confirmation email or text within (1) hour. Please include a number where we can reach you, should we have any questions regarding your order. All scheduling for "same day service" must be placed by 9PM the night before your scheduled pickup.
Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?
No, you do not have to be home for laundry service pickup and delivery.
80 % of our clients are not home at time of delivery. Please list a safe
pre-designated location – for pick up and delivery on the “Schedule Laundry Pick Up Form in the “Request” box.” Some clients designate an area for Fluff and Fold pick up and delivery services – Rain or shine this seems to work best. Please let us know if you have any pets on the premises.
What if I don’t have a laundry bag?
You can use any closed bag for your first service. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept hampers or open baskets for pick-up.
Are you able to accommodate for persons with allergies?
Be sure to inform us about allergies in the request box. We offer a hypo-allergenic (ALL Free and Clear ) as a safe option for allergies.
